I like the first graph as it is visually appealing but the values and the correlations are not clear and understandable. Following the visual model, you could just have number figures appear with icons that describe them.

Even though the first graph is visually appealing it doesn't correctly tell the story or the facts of the situation. The circles are big and misleading as well as the color. Maybe decreasing the size of the circles and following the color model would solve that problem.

Emulation feedback: It's missing a visual hierarchy and a focus of attention. Your color model seems consistent. As for the layout and visual hierarchy place each content in horizontal format.
I structured the content horizontally to better emulate my model and give a visual hierarchy that is easy to follow and understand.

Emulation feedback: Overall it is a good improvement from the first graph. Fix the layout of the content to give a hierarchy of the information. Stay consistent with the visual model, text color, weight, and size. I like how you color coded the bad with dark red and the good with light blue colors.
I structured the content horizontally to better emulate my model and give a visual hierarchy that is easy to follow and understand. I changed the color & size of the text.

I really like the circles, they are visually appealing but they don't follow the color model. Resize the circles to a smaller size and change the background. Incorporate human figures in your graph to visualize the number of people who are traveling.
I changed the design/approach to the numbers entirely. I used icons and timeframes of events to signify the impact. I used large fonts and text as well as icons that match my color model.

Your revised version definitely matches the color, visual language, layout, and typography models. Structure your content to match the visual hierarchy of the model better.

Critique 2 Message & Emulation
On the second revision, I have changed and modified the structuring of visual hierarchy. In addition to adjusting to colors, font weight, color, and size/proportionality to emphasize a certain information.
To emulate my color model I used colors to code different messages such as good and evil.
To emulate my visual language model I structured my content in a horizontal manner and classified the information into two sub-topics.
To emulate my typography model I used the same font as my model when it comes to size and placement.

Critique 1 Message & Emulation
For numbers display, I used two kinds of display styles (graphs). As of right now, I was not able to find a dataset that fits the topic I am working on. However, I put together a data values that are close to the real data point borrowed from news agencies.
To emulate my color model I used similar colors.
To emulate my visual language model I used a bar graph.
To emulate the typography model I used sans.

First Number Elements & Critiques
Final Display Message & Emulation
This number display displays information about the number of people who traveled to Europe through human trafficking route. The numbers are classified into demographics, the total number of people traveled to Europe, number of people who died or disappeared, number of people who made it. Note that this data represents the recorded values for these different cases. There thousands of people who died or disappeared without a trace. It emulates my visual model by the horizontal placement, icon usage, and color coding. The bar and the person icon representation are different from my model but they represent idea really well and give the viewer a perspective of how bad the condition is.
To emulate my color model I used light blue for migrants that arrived/ traveling, dark burgundy to represent migrants who died or disappeared.
To emulate the visual language model I used icons, horizontal layout, text, and big numbers.
To emulate my typography model I used Acumin concept semibold for the titles and thin for the paragraphs.
